Use this standardized scale: (3,4,3,4,3,4 MNSR) in player rating. These are to be used as a general guide and should not be taken literally. Remember, what you summarize in the actual write up is what people will really take to heart.



Sportsmanship
1 - You used pretty foul language from the start
2 - You didn't answer my e-mails at all
3 - You answered all my questions and I yours
4 - You were nice while we fought to a standstill
5 - You were nice to me even as you killed me
6 - You were nice to me even as I killed you

Honesty
1 - You attacked me and kept attacking after we napped?
2 - You didn't tell me about your other alliance
3 - You held our agreement to the letter, not spirit
4 - You corrected up to two mistakes on our nap
5 - You held our agreements to the spirit
6 - You held our agreement and coordinated your plans with me into common opponents

Skill
1 - I rolled over you by tick 5
2 - You fought a bit, but dead by tick 10
3 - You and I were both the same size at the end
4 - You kept me from winning the game
5 - You were able place in the game
6 - You won that game

Determination
1 - You gave up or did after losing a few lands
2 - You requested survival
3 - You fought until you were totally spent
4 - You had forms foraging in my lands to the end
5 - You came back to life after you were almost dead
6 - You came back to life and placed in the game

Teamwork
1 - You were on my team (or you were in the same game)
2 - You used e-mail to send messages to me (or nap)
3 - You used a newsgroup to send messages (or nap)
4 - You kept the team updated with your status
5 - You selflessly gave & requested T&F, cast BB's, and helped end the game
6 - You were able to negotiate game end with us (same team, same religion, same partnership) winning and the teams casting some of the BB's

Communication
1 - You never answered a note i sent you
2 - You answered my notes, ticks later
3 - You answered my notes in the same tick
4 - I got 15 e-mails a day from you
5 - I got 2-3 useful e-mails/posts a tick from you
6 - I got answers to my questions within 10 minutes
